Well.... it's been 2 months. I regularly blog at obesityhelp.com under LJ1972. Maybe I will copy some of that over here to save time and effort :)
I have lost 126lbs, 48" (the weight since Feb, the measurements since July). I am in a size 20 jeans vs the too big to buy in a catalog sizes. I walk a 5k each month since October (jogged 9 minutes at the January 5k).
My super secret goal is to do a sprint triathlon. Portafino has "super sprints" that are even shorter distances. But I guess I should master swimming first, and get a bike before signingup for those lol.
